Valentina De Palma and Shibumi, a digital agency, have chosen Masseria Bagnara to realize the first event competely dedicated to Apulian-Japanese Fusion Cooking.

The event will take place on March 18th, 2016.

Reiko Hashimoto, a star of the British cooking and founder of the Japanese Cooking School “Hashi” in London, will be the special guest of a dinner in which Japanese recipes and Apulian typical food will mix together.

Masseria Bagnara will be the location for the event, choosen for its refined design and its relaxing atmosphere; the ideal place to enjoy the very special food of this dinner.

The event is open to anyone who loves the wine&food culture from alla round the world. We wanted to reach a public of people who would enjoy the informal elegance of the location and the opportunity of meeting other people with the same passion for food and cooking.

The day after the dinner Reiko Hashimoto will hold two different cooking classes: one for beginners who want to increase their knowledge; the other for experts who will be able to enrich their menus with elements from the Japanese cooking.
